By registering for Bibahabd.com, you become a member of the Service (Member), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (Terms) for as long as you continue to be a Member. 1. Eligibility :

1. To register as a member of Bibahabd.com or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of Bangladesh (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).

2. Terms of Use :

2. Your membership account with Bibahabd.com is non transferable to any person or entity.
3. While using this site you remain personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Online Conduct As a Member, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you endorse or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Bibahabd.com service, or transmit to other Members.
2. 4. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, names, URL's, E-mail addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information.
5. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Bibahabd.com. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Bibahabd.com Members.
6. You will refrain from posting, distributing or reproducing in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
7. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Bibahabd.com Members.
8. Bibahabd.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
9. Bibahabd.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. Any infraction may lead to legal remedy on behalf of Bibahabd.com

4. Termination :

1. Either you or Bibahabd.com may terminate your membership at anytime, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party.
2. Bibahabd.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Bibahabd.com service, without notice, for any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to the notice of Bibahabd.com.
3. If at any time Bibahabd.com finds anomalies in your eligibility to become a member or reasons to believe that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Bibahabd.com reserves the right to terminate your membership forthwith and / or your right to use the Service without refund of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

5. Indemnity by Member :

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bibahabd.com, its directors, officers, employees and agents, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Bibahabd.com service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

6. Online Content :

1. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Bibahabd.com service are those of their respective authors and not of Bibahabd.com, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.

It is also possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. In addition, others may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted.

Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

posting information or content to any public area of Bibahabd.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Bibahabd.com and other Bibahabd.com Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

9. Money Back Condition: **

After communication [20 Favorite, 20 proposals, 20 messages] with preferred members who have fulfilled your partner preference and she does not get a single response within first 45 days of becoming a paid member, then we will refund package price.

**Condition Apply

1. If any members not response your ( favorite, proposal, message, picked contact information activity ) with in 45 days.
2. If members communicate with you but you are not co-operating them then money back policy will not applicable for you.
3. Condition only for female users.

We expect to users to fill in all details in your profile, mention partner preference, upload good resolution photo and actively communicate with members.

10. Information Supplied by Member :

Bibahabd.com will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Bibahabd.com and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

12. Copyright Policy :

Termination of User Privileges for Infringement and Contact Information for Suspected Copyright Infringement: We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit User Content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe the copyrights nor other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights). After proper notification by the copyright holder or it agent to us, and confirmation through court order or admission by the user that they have used this Site as an instrument of unlawful infringement, we will terminate the infringing users' rights to use and/or access to this Site.
